AlphaShield Inc. (“AlphaShield”) warrants that the enclosed AlphaShield computer security device (the “AlphaShield”) will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of the receipt.
CUSTOMER  REMEDIES:.
AlphaShield’s and its suppliers’ entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at the option of AlphaShield, either (a) return of the purchase price, or (b) repair or replacement of the AlphaShield that does not meet AlphaShield’s limited warranty and which is returned to AlphaShield with a copy of your receipt (the “Limited Warranty”). This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the AlphaShield has resulted from accident, abuse or misapplication. Any replacement AlphaShield will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or one (1) year, whichever is longer.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES:
AlphaShield and its suppliers disclaim all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the AlphaShield and the accompanying written materials.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
In no event shall AlphaShield or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the AlphaShield, even if AlphaShield has been advised of possibility of such damages.
