AlphaGAPTM
utilizes
"Disconnect to Protect" method of
security. AlphaGAPTM Technology ensures
that access to the connected computer system is
disabled by creating a virtual GAP
(disconnection) following a pre-determined
Internet idle interval (15 min.). Access to your
connected computer system is managed through a
Seamless Intelligence Infrastructure to monitor
inbound and outbound data. Once AlphaGAPTM is activated,
it can provide 100% bullet-proof network security
to the user.

Stealth IP Technology
Stealth IP Technology conceals or cloaks the
user's computer identity from being seen across
the Internet or network, while it allows the user
to surf the Internet or network safely and freely.
Since the user cannot be identified or located,

threats of scans, probes or attacks.

the computer. When surfing the Internet,
AlphaShield will create a tunnel between your IP
address and the destination IP address and only
allow the requested information to enter your
computer through the specified port.
RPA
also blocks all 65,536 ports by default without
requiring any configurations.
Dynamic Configuration (DCU)
Technology
Dynamic Configuration Technology can be
enabled by pressing and holding down both the
Grey/Light and Blue/Dark buttons simultaneously
for a few seconds. The Dynamic Configuration
Technology was designed for a technical user who
prefers to configure his or her AlphaShield
Professional Edition for personalize usage. To utilize DCU,
you will be required to download and install
AlphaShield Configuration Utility. The AlphaShield
Configuration Utility program will allow you to
enter the IP Address of the remote computer or the
Port Addresses of the computer that you prefer to
leave open for Remote Access or for hosting games.
This will also enable you to use VPN connections
to access your secure Network or Computer. File
Transfers as well as Video and Voice
Communications with Instant Messengers such as
MSN, AOL, Yahoo, etc. can also be utilized in this
mode.
In order to disable DCU, first press the Disconnect
button (Grey/Light) and then the Connect button
(Blue/Dark). This will automatically reset the
AlphaShield Professional Edition to one of the other
modes.
