Founder, CEO & Director: Vikash Sami

As CEO and Founder of AlphaShield Company, Mr. Vikash Sami oversees and manages all aspects of product development and manufacturing. Mr. Sami is an expert on network security and has a comprehensive understanding of the information security industry dynamics. Additionally, as co-inventor of the AlphaShield technology, Mr. Sami continues to improve and enhance the Company’s network solutions and is engaged in developing AlphaShield’s upcoming new product releases. 

Integral to guiding the company’s research and development initiatives, Mr. Sami is credited with having led AlphaShield from a small, basement project to a well-established enterprise.

President & Director: Paul Prade

As President of AlphaShield, Mr. Paul Prade represents AlphaShield in all areas of corporate administration, legal matters including its Intellectual Property (IP) and accounting services. In the area of new product development, Mr. Prade recruited expert software programmers who have contributed to the Company’s ownership of Intellectual Property (IP) that exists in AlphaShield’s present and future product line.

With over 27 years of practical business experience in developing both new and existing companies, Mr. Prade has been the managing partner in a service based Company with over 100 sales associates. Mr. Prade was formerly the President and CEO of a National Franchise business with over 450 employees and 60 locations across Canada. He has represented large Corporations in sales, mergers and acquisitions of companies producing in excess of $150 million in sales volume annually. 

Through Mr. Prade’s extensive network of professional relationships, he has established AlphaShield’s partnerships with legal and accounting organizations which have strengthened the Company’s structure and its operations.

Senior Vice President & Director: Nizam Dean

As a founding member of AlphaShield, Mr. Nizam Dean has led capital development initiatives that has supported the development and launch of AlphaShield’s flagship product, the AlphaShield Hardware Firewall. 

Mr. Dean is responsible for AlphaShield’s business development, corporate marketing, public relations and sales initiatives. Additionally, Mr. Dean is managing the creation of advertising and public communications campaigns. His business acumen and 20 years of international business experience (concentrated on project marketing, business mergers and acquisitions) have served to identify key marketing and sales opportunities that currently drive the company's strategic business partnerships. Mr. Dean's vision, initiative and dedication have been integral to the company's present success.

Senior Engineer: Mike Paraskake

Mr. Paraskake is an IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) member. He plays an important role in advancing future products and is a key player of the AlphaShield team. Mr. Paraskake has 24 years of experience and vast knowledge in the Telecommunications and IT industry that have given AlphaShield an advantage in product design and features. He has performed consulting work for numerous well-known, hi-tech companies in the areas of wireless, networking, patent disclosures, product design, and product evaluation.
