How do AlphaGIGABIT routers offer users a whopping 1.5 million square feet of
coverage? The key is a combination of proprietary technologies and the application
of antenna technology on the router. The technology that allows us to provide this
enormous output of power, and thus, the longer range is known as PowerZONE.
AlphaShield’s new AlphaGIGABIT-8800 and AlphaGIGABIT-8900 wireless gigabit routers gives
consumers a remarkable increase in wireless distances, and sets a new standard for the
router market. This new advancement in range is due to AlphaShield’s own innovative new
technology known as PowerZONE technology. PowerZONE wireless technology provides up to 20
times greater power than competitive access points and wireless routers. As a

other structural barriers with ease (a common sticking point with wireless routers)
and provides speeds of up to 108Mbps. The innovative new technology also provides
the user with 10 discrete transmit power settings up to 1000 mill watts (1 watt)

When it comes to range, PowerZONE sets the AS-8800 apart. It can provide indoor
coverage of up to 1000 feet (300 meters) indoors and 3900 feet (1200 meters)
outdoors. PowerZONE technology will also improve the actual performance of existing
wireless 802.11b and 802.11g adapter products and is fully interoperable with them.
